How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within UK. We’re focused on delivering a high-quality local experience if we expand shipping zones, you’ll be the first to know!
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they areunused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Return shipping is free of charge.To start a return, please email us at info@mevassi.com with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
